Former USWNT defender Stephanie Cox is back playing with OL Reign FC after five seasons coaching the Gig Harbor High School girls soccer team, which included winning the WIAA 3A state championship in 2018, the school’s first. She joined to discuss how to teach work ethic, how she pushes herself, how she motivated her players in her time at Gig Harbor, as well as how she’s seen some of her teammates at the professional level,
